We love our fair share of self-help and mystery podcasts, but what are the best podcasts for architects?

Looking to refresh your playlist with the best podcasts for architects that offer inspiration, instruction, and maybe a little escape? Look no further than the list below, comprised of some of our favorite architecture and design shows from around the podcast universe.

The Business of Architecture

The Business of Architecture is perfect for big firm leaders to solopreneurs to students who dream of running their own practice someday.

Hosted by architect Enoch Bartlett Sears, the podcast focuses on helping architects create their dream architecture practice where you can design what you want, when you want, and get paid well for it. Sears interviews industry leaders who share their strategies, tips, and secrets for running fun, flexible, and profitable practices.

If you're in the UK, make sure to check out The Business of Architecture UK edition with Rion Willard. We also recommend tuning in to Sears' and Willard's end of year episode that hilariously recaps all of the disgruntled mail they receive from listeners.

EntreArchitect

Similar to the Business of Architecture, EntreArchitect has created a successful niche in the small to medium firm architect audience.

Architect and media guru Mark LePage hosts the podcast which explores the business of architecture, firm leadership, and the everyday life of an architect. While mostly geared toward small to medium firms, Mark interviews professionals that cover a wide variety of topics, including firm growth, digital practice, and marketing.

Mark is also the founder of Gabl Media, a family of podcasts and resources for architects, including the excellent Practice Disrupted podcast where Evelyn Lee and Je'Nen Chastain discuss the shifting landscape of practice and the super helpful Build Your Brand podcast with Jeff Echols that equips architects with the strategies and tools for growth, regardless of how big their firm is.
