Model version history in Layer tracks every upload of a Revit model, displaying each version’s status, author, and timestamp. The Versions tab in Model Options lists all uploads in order, with the most recent shown at the top.

Each version includes one of three indicators: Current for the active version in use, Error for failed uploads, and Data-only for versions that contain parameter data updates but no geometry. This allows users to identify which model version is synchronized and which may require review.

To upload a new model version, click Upload New Version. Layer automatically logs the upload details, ensuring an organized history of model updates and a reliable reference for tracking synchronization accuracy.
