Welcome Email
Users are welcomed to Layer with a personalized welcome email from a member of our customer success team.
What is included in the welcome email:
Your welcome email will contain:
direct contact information for our CS and support team
links to schedule project setup
information about implementation if included in your subscription
links to other training resources that your team can utilize

🏗️ Project Setup
All Layer subscriptions include a project setup call at no additional cost. During this call, one of our US based customer success team members will:
Answer any questions you have about Layer.
Show you how to edit and create Layer templates and apply them to projects.
Walk you through connecting floorplans, models, or installing the Revit Add-In
❓What should I do to prepare for the project setup call? Before the call you’ll receive an email with a form that will ask you about some of your organizational needs. Simply fill this information in and we’ll come prepared!
👤 Adding & Removing Users
You can add or subtract additional users at any time in the control panel without impacting your subscription level.
‣To manage users in your Company Account, click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your Company Dashboard then click Manage Company.

📱 Mobile App
Our dedicated mobile app has offline capabilities for teams that work in areas with poor connectivity. You can download the app here and login with the credentials you setup initially.
