If you'd like to save style settings to make setting up your Document View faster, use our Default Document Styles feature!
To create a Default Document Style, go to your Project Dashboard and click the gear button to open your Company Settings. From there, select Default Document Styles.

The Default Document Styles entry in Company Settings, accessed from the Project Dashboard gear menu.
Here you can create and save a Document View Style that will be available for use by anyone in your company.
Click through the drop-downs to set the formatting you'd like for the different Document View blocks.

A Default Document Style is organized into five groups. Each group applies to a specific type of block in your Document View.
Text Style. Applies to basic static text. Set the font family, font size, text color, and alignment (left, center, right, or justify), along with bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough.
Field Name Style. Applies to the field label. Choose whether to show the label, set its position (above or beside the value), set its width and spacing, and add a divider. The label text uses the same options as Text Style.
Field Value Style. Applies to text-based field values. Uses the same options as Text Style.
Container Style. Applies to containers that hold content. Set the border (color, width, style, and corner radius), margin, and padding. Margin and padding can be uniform or set per side.
Image Style. Applies to static images and element images. Set the border color, border width, and corner radius.
Once you have saved those settings, you can add them to your Document View. In your project, go to the settings menu for the Document View. Scroll to the bottom where you can set the Default Document Style. Save your View Settings.

Now any block you place on your Document View will have the settings of the Default Document Style. Adding a default style will not change any existing block on your Document View, only blocks placed afterwards.
