Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, but we do offer free onboarding and training to get you set up for success. If you purchase a Growth, Starter, or Team Plan & find that Layer isn’t a good fit in the first 30 days, we’ll happily give you a refund.

What is your customer support like?

What do I need to use Layer? (browser, device, etc.)
Layer is device agnostic and can be accessed through a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari), on our desktop app and Revit addin, and with our iOS and Android apps for mobile and tablet.
Do I need to have or know Revit to use Layer?
You do not! Layer can be used without having or knowing Revit. We designed Layer to be a channel between Revit and non-Revit users. Layer can be used during all phases of a Revit project, regardless if a Revit model exists.
