The summit

A two-day gathering for architects, BIM leaders, computational designers, and technology innovators exploring the future of architectural practice. Two themes ran across most sessions:

Pre-contract visualization. Firms are doing more visual work earlier in the engagement to show clients design optionality before the contract is signed. AI is showing up here, especially for rapid concept iteration.

Sustainability data capture. Firms across the EU and UK are being pushed to capture and report on embodied carbon, material provenance, and reuse metrics. Most of the conversation focused on the tooling gap rather than the regulation.
